The Blastik Collection program is an economically-viable easily-replicated scheme.  Plastic bottles (bottles, caps, labels) are collected in key areas of the barangay/village.  Residents can either sell them for cash or exchange them for Eco Bags or cellphone load credits.

Blastik Eco Rangers drive a low-carbon footprint

E-bike to collect plastic bottle waste which are then temporarily stored in an MRF (Materials Recovery Facility).  Eco Rangers clean and segregate the waste according to type.  Soon, they are shredded into flakes for upcycling into more high-value products.

The Eco Kids Patrol, composed of children within the PeacePond community, help in the collection of plastic waste every weekend.
